Henderson Multigenerational Indoor Pool

After a decent 3,200 yards in the outdoor competition pool, I climb the stairs back up to the indoor pool for a warm down qualifying swim.

The pool is quiet, with a few aqua joggers spread across three of the four lanes. Decide this one is best accomplished quietly, so jump in, note the lukewarm water temperature and make a calm start.

Settle into it, gliding through every stroke and making slow splash-less flip turns so as not to upset the locals. Record a total 1,400 slow pace yards on the Garmin to qualify the pool, although technically 1,200 yards is more than enough.

Then it is out, changed and on with the day. Heading to Mandalay Bay Convention Center to see some new interactive kiosk technology we have been working on in action.
