Early start to get ahead of the traffic leaving Birmingham and make a quick detour off the M5 to the new(ish) Tewkesbury Leisure Centre for a proper 3km workout.

After the early start and morning 3km swim, I head to my usual Somerset hotel pool for an evening dip and do another 3km! This is probably my first 6km in a single day for a long time (or ever!). I'm still planning an early morning swim in Weston-Supermare tomorrow - let's see if that happens!
