Not too shabby, especially after a less-than-ideal night’s sleep. The jet lag hit me hard after arriving in Seattle mid-afternoon from London on Virgin Atlantic, so the swim helped shake off some of the exhaustion.",[12,19,20],{},"After the swim, I stopped by the Sub Pop store on 7th Avenue on the way home.
