Paid the $8 entry and jumped into the pool - the water was cold, but in the best way. After the swim, I hopped into the large hot tub for a quick warm-up - a perfect contrast to the cold water.",[12,19,20],{},"I'm on a daily 2km routine at the moment, and today's swim was at an easy pace. Before heading out, I made a quick stop at the Goonies house (because, obviously), then drove out to Canon Beach to see Haystack Rock. After that, it was a scenic drive down the 101, then inland along the Wilson River Highway from Tillamook towards Portland.",[12,28,29],{},"Of the hundreds of pools on the list, the Astoria Aquatic Centre is one of the few faraway pools I often think about often. I love Astoria and the whole state of Oregon, it's one of my favourite places in the world. The people are friendly, the food is great, and the scenery is stunning.
